Baby Quilts

These quilts are absolutely beautifully made, outstanding quality and make a special and a unique gift.

All quilts are approx. 100 x 120 cm and wiegh only 800 gms. We have sample stock of the colours shown but other colours may be available. Please contact us for options. Prices range from A$140 - A$170
Quilts are 100% cotton with polyester batting and machine washable. Binding is machine stitched, with all quilting and all applique stitched by hand. Each quilt takes 1-2 weeks for a worker to make.

Batik Sofa sized Quilts

The sofa quilts are designed to snuggle up on the sofa. They are hand crafted by our women artisans in rural Vietnam and Cambodia, this quilt features traditional SE Asian Batik fabric. Batik is an old Indonesian technique of wax-resist dyeing which make your quilt absolutely unique.

The quilt is made of 100% cotton and is composed of numerous batik fabric pieces worked together in diamond formations and framed in a complementary border. Each Batik piece is hand pieced together and features colorful flower patterns framed within a thin and elegant border. The backing is simply one fabric in a complementary colour in 100% cotton. Between the hand-stitched layers is a filling of polyester batting for warmth and comfort. The layers are hand-stitched together in intricate stitching patterns to prevent shifting and to keep the layers secure for the long life of the cushion.

Our quilts are of the highest quality and easy to look after. Simply machine wash with cold water on a delicate setting with mild laundry detergent, then lay out flat to dry in the shade. It will become softer and cozier with every wash.

This handcrafted quilt is sofa cover and measures 150×150 cm and is guaranteed to bring individuality to any home.
